This man is known as the antichrist and he is the one who will start the Armageddon. Those who would worship him will be liberated from punishment but those who disobey will suffer the consequences. Since he can control weather and all the produce of the earth, he may bend humans to his will.
With this power in his hands, he will be able to bring famine and natural calamities to those who do not follow him. The Muslims will have to go through these trials and wait for the real messiah to come down to earth and destroy this blasphemous man. However, this man is a man of influence and will even convert many Muslims to his side.
One way to spot him would be to see if he would kill a man and bring that man back from the dead. By performing this resurrection, it is already affirmation that this person is the Dajjal that all Muslims will watch out for. Take note that if he tries to kill the man again, he would fail.
