For this reason, the United Nations Environmental Program came up with a program by the name the Haiti Renovation Initiative. There is hope that the plan will help to restore the ecosystem of the country and bring and bring about an improvement in the general well being of the people and the state at large.
When the disaster took place, it left a lot of debris that needed proper management. All the debris required proper collection, sorting, appropriate treatment type and effective disposals. This act alone made the management team an ideal part in disaster control. There are many non-governmental organization that help by taking part in the activity.
